We can purchase the shoe for you at no additional cost, or you can send us your own.

4. Delivery

Once your custom shoes are finished and sealed, we carefully pack them and ship them straight to your doorstep. Please note that the turnaround time varies, but it is typically around four weeks. Each pair includes instructions on how to take care of your custom shoes.
