Yes, all pisos come with a 90 day warranty. If any of the design is damaged at normal use or wears off I will fix the design at no extra cost. Send me an email to [email protected] and I will provide you with the shipping address for you to mail me your pisos.

Once you place your order please allow around 3 weeks for your pisos to be shipped to you.  Pisos are designed upon order and are hand-made especially for you. I invest time into every detail of the shoe.

Unfortunately, all shoes are final sale. Pisos are carefully handcrafted, therefore I recommend you double check your size before ordering.

Yes, I recommend hand washing your pisos gently. You can add a touch of mild soap to the water.

I use leather paint for leather shoes, and fabric paint for fabric material shoes. I then seal the design with a finisher to ensure durability.

Yes! All pisos are waterproof and scratch-proof. I use special paint and a finisher on all designs.

Please submit changes to [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase. Please keep in mind that if you want to add something extra to the design there might be a change in price. If you simply want to change a color or quote there will be no extra cost.

Unfortunately everything is final sale since all pisos are made upon order.

Yes! I would be more than happy to include a message before shipping the pisos. I always encourage customers to make their gifts special. Simply send me an email to [email protected] with the message you want and leave the rest up to me 🙂 Please include the the name by which the order was placed.

Good news… YES! You can customize a shoe that has been laying in your closet for a while or a brand new shoe. I customize all brands, simply go to “customized orders” and fill out the form or send me a DM through Intsagram.

For customized orders, the shoe and the design are included unless you choose to design a shoe you already have. In that case, your quote will be based on just the design.

If you are shopping the Vita collection, what you see is what you get! So that means the shoe and the design.

$20 for orders in the USA.

$10 for orders in Miami.

$30 for orders to Colombia.

$35 for orders to Venezuela.

For all other countries, shipping cost starts at $39.
